tuesday november 18
good afternooooooon...i had a great weekend that included a night to the movies with my family and i did not cheat! i took chicken in the theatre and my own unsweet tea... sunday i did take a break from dieting but it wasnt to bad---- a burger and salad and some extra clean carbs...
monday am back on it, ate clean started my day off with my outside agility class..followed later by a shoulder workout and then later a 45 minute walk outside...even managed to strectch really good while watching tv with the boys...
tuesday--45minute walk outside followed by a egg white omelet and grits...same ol same ol... then to the gym for a AWESOME back workout!!!!!i did throw a few biceps in there..
lunch was decent, enjoyed it with tim and now im home sending this in to you all for the 411 on my clean up plan...ha still the same on supplements..3 muscularitys after workouts and 4 leanouts through out the day and vitamin pack at lunch time. so now that i am caught up one more time its off to the bus stop to get nolan and then my second cardio...
this weekend once i again i did no cardio, i took saturday and sunday off...i will weigh myself in the am and ill know then how much damage that sunday cheat did...
november 13th
hellllo...ok i weighed myself yesterday it was telling me im 157....then to make it better i weighed myself today and it said 156..now how is that for some clean up dieting?
i do know that it is just water, but who cares its a great direction to be going in...
i did an awesome back workout yesterday,and then the stepper for cardio at night, but that morning i taught my spin class and then walked all on an empty stomach...burnt he fat baby burn...haha i am getting to where i need tim to puch me in some workouts, i get so in a rut myself sometimes...
today i walked for an hour with kristin and my sister,then a clean breakfast...my favorite egg white and spinach omelet with grits... then it was chest day..
dont like chest day...it bores me to tears!!!!
then i ate sushi with tim and anthony..rest assured i ate veggie rolls....but i did however eat some cookies today as well----but im just going to pick it up from here and do my second cardio and pretend i never ate them...it does dissapoint me that i ate some cookies, but i could continue to eat the sweets and make the feelings worse or i can just pretend i didnt and carry on with my diet... so thats what im going to do..
moving forward---thats words to live by!
november 12th
hello... i have been still in moving toward my goal plan... last week was very good for me, i did double cardio everyday and eat good, with the exception of some homemade brownies one of my teammates made tim and I... they were awesome!!!!!! i still stuck to my rule, they were homemade and i dont mean just add water from a box homemade..
this past weekend we had to travel to st.augustine for a the ALL SOUTH show, so i did not ddo any cardio or workouts, but i did however stay true to my diet. sunday i did take a cheat meal but come monday morning-----up at 5am and doing cardio outside in the cold!!!! i try to stay off the treadmill as much as possible, tim likes the hard ol pavement the best for cardio.. diet was great on monday, 2 carbs, 3 proteins...no fruit.. i underate protein but at least i didnt over eat
...haha today i slept in(no school for kids) so i havent dont anything yet, i decided its worth to keep youposted then do my cardio and eat....the supplements are still the same, but this week im adding to them so ill let you know once Tim lets me know----its getting to that time when i turn it ALL over to him, im finding myself chasing my own tail here... he kinda of busted my bubble about my back workout...ha i figured light oneday and heavy one day would make it wider---apparently its just keeping blood in it thats all..haha
so back to bodybuilding mentality on that one.... but hey at least i admit when i wrong...
off to cardio and stay tuned, its getting closer by the day and i have to say i wake up with the excitement of my first show... well i just decided i would weight myself and also keep that posted up-Lord help me
as of this afternoon it is 159. yep thats what i said haha so heres the deal i want to weigh 130 before i compete, then fill up to 136 on stage.. lets hope and pray that weight is from my back workouts?hahahaha
thursday 30th
day before the candy invasion at my house and im worried about that... i really dont want to have any sweets but its going to be so hard to not munch on the miniture candies my kids bring home..
so with that being said you must know im being good... yesterday i had my dad and his girlfriend judy over for dinner so due to the fact i made lasagna (and i was going to eat some) i dieted and ate no carbs until dinner...i did make it as healthy as possible...haha but workout wise was wonderful, cardio was 45 minutes plus a spin class and my workout was chest...
someone just reading this is probably saying to theirself"how in the worls is she going to be in contest shape eating lasagna and maybe halloween candy?" please keep in mind that this is a clean up diet.. just knocking the rust off my boots so to speak..
i ahve to start somewhere and setting a foundation that i will be able to pull from and add to is the best possible way to go...
trust me when its time to pull the plug i will do it....so just remember i eat my small clean meals and i am slowly staring with my supplements, i take muscularity after workouts and this week i just added lean out to my diet but only at one meal....
slow and steady wins the race..haha havent you all read the TORTOISE AND THE HARE? haha and we all know that the physical look we present on stage is really all the hard work we put into it in the down time of strict dieting...
tuesday 28th
A couple good things have happened in this past week... one of them being that i accepted to be a part of team tight curves... im very excited about that, that is all new so far to me so i will keep you all updated...you can however go to there website... i have to say that i am still not feeling well, and tim has got the sickness in full force, but on a positive note i got myself up yesterday did my cardio and managed to do it again today and all included a shoulder workout... diet has been awesome today:
breakfast was oatmeal and a banana, with lunch being so far chicken and a salad.... not so bad considering all i want is soup..
