dec 21

its getting so close to Christmas and another new year will be here soon.. i am still dieting and sometimes its one banana to manyInnocent but what do you do? you realize your human and move forward... i have to say though my workouts are incredible. i have stuck to tims workout plan and i can really see a change in my body. i have started adding the cardio in on saturday and sunday but i am only doing one for now and i will eventually bump it up to  doubles soon. i will be enjoying my christmas eve with lasagna that i will be cooking.ive been so good with the sweets that im hoping i dont give in to them. last night our friends Skip and Terri took us to a  wonderful restaurant to eat and the food was wonderful but the company was better. i have seen these two completely change their bodies and their lifestyles and i am so proud of them. not only are they on the fitness track they are giving the gift of fitness to their boys.. i have to say that knowing that we have inspired them to move forward with their goals and share it with their children is so rewarding and nothing can put a price tag on that. they have also been a walking billboard and have inspired their friendds and co workers as well. so i ask yall to stop and think about all the people that you have motivated and inspired to walk in the same shoes as us? it is a great gift to know that you have given someone something that they could not buy--selfconfidence--pride--health.. now that is a great Christmas gift to yourself...MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL OF YOU AND HAPPY NEW YEAR. I WISH THAT ALL YOUR DREAMS COME TRUE..

december 9th

just a quik update on my progress... first i believe my best improvement is that i have joined training with jessica... she is a hard worker and it makes me stay on the right body part for the day instead if the normal brandie workout which is--work the body part i feel like...Tongue out my diet is picking up speed and the cardio is twice a day (except on weekends) my supplements are same except for more muscularity...

im really enjoying this diet so far and the workouts are fun to look forward to, i havent added agility to my workouts yet only due to the classes i teach, but this is going to be my last week for classes.. im sad about it, but i really need to focus on this and not get over drained...monday morning i hurt my foot at the track so no cardio for me today...

DECEMBER 1ST

AS I SAID EARLY ON DECEMBER FIRST IS "D"DAY..  THAT WOULD BE DIET DAY... LET ME TELL YOU REAL QUIK I FOUND MYSELF THIS AM ABOUT TO TAKE A BITE OF SUGAR SMACKS FROM REECE'S CEREAL BOWL AS I POURED IT ( i did not)...I ABOUT FORGOT WHAT DAY IT WAS AND THE LITTLE BITES HERE AND THERE HAVE NOW COME TO A HAULT!!!!!

SO LETS GO BACK TO WED BEFORE TURKEY DAY(FOR JULIE)Wink AFTER I KICKED SOME AGILITY BUTTS WE ALL WENT TO SMOKEY BONES FOR A PRE THANKSGIVING MEAL THAT DID NOT INCLUDE ANYTHING HEALTHY(EXCEPT JULIES)Laughing SO MY DIET AND WORKOUTS WERE PRETTY GOOD AND THE CARDIO WAS GOING WONDERFUL PROBABLY MORE THAN I SHOULD, BUT HEY I AM A CARDIO JUNKIEEEEE... TURKEY DAY I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING JUST COOKED ALL DAY AND THEN HAD A GREAT MEAL WITH MY FAMILY..IT WAS NICE AND BEFORE THE NIGHT WAS OVER I WAS IN PAJAMA PANTS----YEP DUE TO THE JEANS BEING TIGHT..HAHA  BUT I HAVE TO TELL YOU THAT I ONLY HAD ONE PIECE OF MY CHOCOLATE PECAN PIE, THE NEXT MORNING BEFORE I WENT TO RUN I THREW IT OUT!!! I MET TRICIA AT THE TRACK AND WE RAN/WALK FOR HOUR AND HALF... IT WAS  GOOD TO FEEL THE BLOOD MOVING IN MY BODY AND NOT DUE TO SUGAR RUSHES..HAHA DIET WENT A LITTLE LIKE THIS: 2 PROTEIN SHAKES WITH BANANAS AND THEN AFTER THE MOVIES I ATE SOME SQUASH CASSEROLE...

SATURDAY WAS GREAT----I WOKE UP WENT TO TRACK ALONE AND RAN ,WALKED, SPRINTED FOR AN HOUR....AWESOME WORKOUT...MY SIDE OBLIQUES WERE EVEN SORE,.... ONCE AGAIN DIET GOES-- 2 PROTEIN SHAKES WITH BANANAS AND THEN THAT NIGHT TIM AND I TOOK THE KIDS TO EAT SUSHI-----I EVEN GOT MY SPICY TUNA WITHOUT MAYO!!!Surprised

SUNDAY----WALKED EARLY AM CARDIO----ATE A SHAKE WITH BANANA, WENT TO GYM WORKEDOUT A LITTLE BACK AND CALVES(YES JASON  and KEVIN BACK AGAIN)Tongue out THEN BACK HOME TO EAT ANOTHER PROTEIN SHAKE WITH 2 BANANAS AND THEN WENT RUNNING IN THE RAIN, ONLY TO COME HOME TO KRISTIN BRINGING ME PLAINTAINS AND YEP YOU GUESSED IT I ATE THEM AND WITH ANOTHER SHAKE WITH BANANAS..NEEDLESS TO SAY I COULD SWING FROM TREES RIGHT NOW..HAHA

ALL IN ALL I DIDN'T DO BAD I DIDN'T EAT ENOUGH... BUT THAT IS ALL I WANTED AND ITS BETTER THAN JUNK. SO THE GLOVES ARE OFF AND THE HARD DIETING IS STARTING. THIS AM I MET MY CLASS AT THE TRACK FOR A 6AM HOUR RUN, THEN HOME TO EAT A SHAKE WITH A BANANA, AND THEN 2 HOURS LATER TIM MADE ME EGG WHITES..LUNCH I HAD CHICKEN, VEGGIES, RICE...  I DID BICEPS AND TRICEPS AND JUST NOW I FINISHED ANOTHER SHAKE...

SO IM OFF TO DO MY LAST CARDIO FOR THE DAY AND I WILL END MY MEALS WITH STEAK AND VEGGIS...IM EXCITED AND IM READY, I WILL WEIGH MYSELF AGAIN IN THE AM. I PUT IT OFF DUE TO THE HOLIDAY SPIRIT---------WHICH IS IF I WEIGHED AND IT WAS BAD I WOULD HAVE NO HOLIDAY SPIRIT..HAHAHAHHAAHHAHA

tuesday november 18

good afternooooooon...i had a great weekend that included a night to the movies with my family and i did not cheat! i took chicken in the theatre and my own unsweet tea... sunday i did take a break from dieting but it wasnt to bad---- a burger and salad and some extra clean carbs...Tongue out 

monday am back on it, ate clean started my day off with my outside agility class..followed later by a shoulder workout and then later a 45 minute walk outside...even managed to strectch really good while watching tv with the boys...

tuesday--45minute walk outside followed by a egg white omelet and grits...same ol same ol... then to the gym for a AWESOME back workout!!!!!i did throw a few biceps in there..Wink lunch was decent, enjoyed it with tim and now im home sending this in to you all for the 411 on my clean up plan...ha  still the same on supplements..3 muscularitys after workouts and 4 leanouts through out the day and vitamin pack at lunch time. so now that i am caught up one more time its off to the bus stop to get nolan and then my second cardio...Laughing this weekend once i again i did no cardio, i took saturday and sunday off...i will weigh myself in the am and ill know then how much damage that sunday cheat did...Yell
